4 Jeri Eco Cultural 2011

The 4th edition of the event will feature concerts by singer CéU, Mundo Livre S / A, Eddie and the band parade crocheters Jeri, and ecological actionsSound and music quality with regional sustainable fashion, against the backdrop of the idyllic beach of Jericoacoara - CE. So is Jeri Cultural Eco 2011, on 10 and 11 June reaches its fourth edition and features amenities unheard. The first day will be dedicated to Jeri Brazil Fashion show with pieces from the workshops held with Jeri and crocheters of local confections, followed by presentations from Tow In Banda, who also will play live during the parade. On Saturday the party is on account of nationally renowned artists such as singer CéU and Mundo Livre S / A band and Eddie.

FIRST DAY - Friday (10 / 6)
The Eco Cultural Jeri 2011 starts on Friday, July 10, with the parade of a collection of 18 pieces made by the Association of crochet crocheters Jericoacoara - World Jeri, as a result of the workshops to be held between the 06th and 09th June, well as pieces from local shops. The project is coordinated by Claudio Silveira, founder and coordinator of the Dragon Fashion Brazil. To make the pageant will be held in the four days preceding the event, the Craft Center workshops with all the master crochet community Jericoacoara and vicinity.
 
The stylist Chiara Gadaleta, known nationally for the transformation of clothing and accessories from recycled materials, will produce a collection of bio-jewelry made with waste from the site along with a group of crocheters. The workshops are designed to allow greater empowerment of the Association of crocheters, resulting in increased income and professionalism of the artisans. Tonight, the music will be led by the Band Tow-in and presentation of Capoeira, which will have the opportunity to showcase their talent.
SECOND DAY - Saturday (11 / 6)On Saturday, the 11th, the music invades the time Jeri Cultural Eco 2011 with the world music CéU of São Paulo, who, with his band promise to get into the mood of heavenly Jericoacoara and wrap gifts with a genuine Brazilian sound, marked by strong influences samba, jazz and touches of Jamaican reggae. Their repertoire includes songs from the album Slowly (2009), as "Bubuia", "Cangote", "Comadi" and "Sleepwalker", along with songs from her first CD "Heaven" (2005), as "Wheel", "Malemolência" and "Legend".
The second attraction of the evening that promises to excite the public is the band Eddie from Pernambuco. On the road since the early 90s, remains faithful to the formula Manguebeat but not stopped searching for new sounds to add to his musical cauldron. In his latest album, Carnival in Hell, the band Eddie brings elements of punk rock, reggae, dub, and its characteristic fanfare punk-frevo.Among the hits are: "Damned," "Call me", "From make you cry" and "imbalance."
To close the night, the band Mundo Livre S / A directory of strolls through his nearly 30 year career, playing the band's biggest hits, like "My Scheme", "Musa da Ilha Grande," "Treme-Treme" and " manguebit. Manguebeat co-founder of the movement in the 90s, Mundo Livre S / A has been shaking Brazilian music with criticism of his letters packed by the mixture of samba and rock band characteristic of Pernambuco.
